Joseph Gerald Buzbee

JOSEPH GERALD BUZBEE, 90 died Wednesday, January 14, 2015 in West Palm Beach, FL. He was born May 31, 1924 in Tinsman, AR to Ruth and Jack Buzbee. He served in the Navy during WWII. After WWII, he spent his entire working career with the Quaker Oats Chemical Division in their Memphis and Belle Glade, FL locations before retiring in 1990. He is survived by his wife of 66 years, Sarah Margie, and daughter Vicki (David) Puuri, six grandchildren Toni Daniel, Dustin (Lauren) Owen, Courtney (Sean) Barrett, Geoffrey (Angela) Puuri, Michelle and Michael and three great grandchildren, Marshall Daniel, Riley Daniel, and Dylan Owen, two sisters Lillie Byrd and Mary McManus and two brothers Bill and Tom Buzbee. He was preceded in death by two sons Chesley and Kenneth and two brothers John D. and Charles Ray Buzbee. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 20, 2015 from 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM with a Funeral Service at 11:00 AM at Palms West Funeral Home, 110 Business Parkway, Royal Palm Beach, FL 33411
