Joseph Glen Bartle

Joseph Glen Bartle, 58, passed away peacefully on September 13, 2024 at the Charles W. Gerstenberg Hospice Center in West Palm Beach Florida. Joseph was born on November 11, 1965 in Pontiac, Michigan. Joe was a member of the 1984 class of Twin Lakes High School in West Palm Beach, Florida. Joe was a loving and proud father to his son, Cory Joseph. As a young man, Joe enjoyed the beach, surfing, skateboarding, and spending time with his many friends. Joe was a member of a very large family, all of whom held a special place in their hearts for Joe. Joe is survived by his former wife and Cory's mother, Debbie Wallace, Mother and Stepfather Charlene and Thomas Sherry, father, Glen Edward Bartle, Jr., his twin brother, James Bartle (Joseph Paul Rapier), sisters, Mary (Christopher) Sholander, Theresa (Thomas) Kleinschnitz, Glena (Michael) Boxrud, stepsisters Amy (Kevin) Brown, Rebecca Nakoneczy, stepbrother, Kevin Sherry, many nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles. Joe was preceded in death by his son, Cory Joseph, sister, Judith Licata, nephew Austin Hollar, grandparents Joseph & Theresa Barabe and Glen & Evelyn Bartle. A Catholic Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 am on Thursday, September 19, 2024, at Mary Mother of the Light Maronite Catholic Church in Tequesta, Florida. Burial will take place immediately following at the Riverside Cemetery in Tequesta. Lunch will be served following the burial at the church hall. In lieu of flowers, the family wishes that donations be made to Hanley Foundation in honor of Joseph Bartle.
