John Edwin Janke John Janke of Royal Palm Beach passed away on Saturday, November 16, 2013, surrounded by his loving family. John was born October 30, 1923 in Trujillo, Peru, to John Rudolph Janke and Juana Maria Tasso de Janke. He attended San Agustin High School in Lima, Peru. John, an excellent accordion player, was passionate about engineering, gardening, baking, bee keeping, and German music. He is survived by his wife, Hortencia Janke, siblings Gloria Janke, Vilma Grace, Dr. Walter Janke, his daughters Rhonda Bell-Janke and Gloria Srch, and his many grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Viewing is Tuesday, November 19, 2013, 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Both will take place at Palms West Funeral Home, 110 Business Park Way, Royal Palm Beach, Florida, 33411. Gravesideservices will be at Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Cemetery.
