John Gleber Iii

John Gleber, III, age 56, entered into eternal rest on February 9, 2016, husband of Nancy S. Gleber of Lake Worth, FL. He was a loving husband, wonderful father, and built many lasting friendships. His life values were represented through his strong faith in Christ. John was born March 16, 1959 in New Orleans, LA. He was a graduate of John Curtis Christian High School and was awarded many athletic achievements in both baseball and football. His professional career was based in the petroleum industry, focusing on trading, operations, and inspections. For the last 11 years, he was employed at Florida Power & Light Company. He was a sports enthusiast with a passion for the New Orleans Saints and LSU Tigers. He is survived by his wife, Nancy Sentilles Gleber; 3 sons, James Patrick, Michael John (Rachael), and Mark Daniel; one grandson, Mason Scott; his father, John Jr; and a sister, Karen Ann. He is preceded in death by his mother, Marlene Dutreix Gleber and brother, James Patrick. Visitation will be held Monday, February 15th, at Palms West Funeral Home from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Therese de Lisieux at 11:00 a.m followed by committal service at Our Lady Queen of Peace Cemetery. There will be a reception at Sherbrooke Golf & Country Club; all are welcome. John was a formal board member of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, Palm Beach Chapter. Memorial donations can be made in lieu of flowers to L.L.S. 3230 Commerce Plaza, West Palm Beach FL, 33407, to continue the fight against blood cancers.
