John Raymond Evasius, a resident of Wellington, Florida passed away peacefully on March 8, 2021 at the age of 48 at Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center in Palm Beach Gardens, Fl surrounded by his family. John is survived by his parents, Jacqueline and David Woodruff; his wife, Stacy Evasius; his children, Madison Victoria and Megan Elizabeth Evasius; and his sister, Nicole Evasius. He is predeceased by his father, John E. Evasius. John was born in Springfield, Massachusetts on May 29, 1972 to Jacqueline Woodruff and John E. Evasius. He followed his passion professionally and started his own real estate development company, Harvest Holding, in October of 2007. He married his north star and best friend, Stacy Evasius on April 4, 2000 in Turtle Island, Fiji. On March 7, 2002 and May 15, 2003 respectively, he welcomed his two beautiful daughters, who were the most important part of his life. John was a devoted father, husband, son, and brother. He enjoyed traveling, sailing, and dining all while spending time with his family and friends. John had a "get it done" attitude in all things in life. John enjoyed the spirit of giving most of all. As examples of John's generosity, he would quietly pay off layaways for families at the holidays and place wreaths on all the veterans graves so they would not be forgotten. John will never be forgotten as his imprint left on our lives is as big as his generosity and love. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who knew him. Funeral services will be held at 1:30p on Tuesday, March 16, 2021 at Palms West Funeral Home in Royal Palm Beach, FL with Father Cook of St Mark's Episcopal Church officiating. The funeral services will be preceded by a viewing time from 12:00p-1:30p. Burial will follow at Our Lady Queen of Peace Cemetery. In person attendance is limited due to Covid-19 restrictions, a webcast will be available to all who wish to pay their final respects.
