John Aliberti

On March 19, 2022 John Aliberti peacefully passed away at the ripe age 98. John was born August 3, 1923 in the small town of Siano, Salerno Italy by Vincent his dad and Maria his mom. On August 19, he married his beloved wife Gina. They together raised six children Angie, Nicky, Rita, Maria, Carol and Johnny Jr.. John had numerous grand-kids, Steven, Adam, Christopher, Scott, Michael, Matthew, Nicolas, Maria, Johnny Jr., Gina, and step grandchild Christopher. His great grandchildren are Dominique, Kyle, Stella and Nicholas Jr.. John is preceded by his beloved wife Gina, his daughter Maria as well as his brothers Luigi, Andrew and Sal. John also had numerous nieces & nephews and great nieces and nephews in Italy who he kept in touch with. John did many different jobs. A great construction worker to a mason man to a forklift operator to a custodian. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends and our lives will be changed forever without him. A public service will be held at Wagner funeral home in Hicksville with mass to follow at Saint Martin of Tours in Bethpage burial at Holy Rood Catholic Cemetery Westbury. In lieu of flowers, the family requests house plants or a donation in John's honor to a charity of your choice.
