Joann Davis

Joann Davis was born on January 12, 1955 in Pahokee, FL. She was the third born child of the late Sarah Mae and Edward Patterson. Joann accepted Christ at an early age and was a member of Pentecostal Miracle Revival Center. She attended school in Pahokee and was in the class of 1973. In 1971, she married Rudolph Davis. Four children were born through this union, two of whom preceded her in death (Laura Bell Davis and Randolph Davis). She was a devoted wife, mother, sister, grandmother, and friend. She enjoyed witnessing about Christ's love to everyone she met, going to church, and spending time with family and friends. She will be missed by all who knew her. Joann leaves to cherish her memory a devoted husband of 46 years, Rudolph Davis, two daughters: Anita Davis and Tracy Davis,Two step-sons: Calvin Davis and Lewis Hall, three sisters: Betty Anne Patterson, Maxine Hope, and Shirley Roberson, four brothers: Edward Patterson Jr., Benjamin Patterson, Melvin Patterson, and Edward Jenkins, seven grandchildren: Henry Louis Ware Ill, Roy Lee Adams Ill, Shaquandria Davis, Jada Davis, Chas'man Ware, Sha'maya Davis, and Akaylia Ware. Many sister/brother in-laws, nieces, nephews, and a host of beloved relatives and friends.
