Jhon M. Fontecha

Jhon Mario Fontecha, 51, of The Acreage, sadly left us on March 9, 2024 due to an unexpected vehicular accident in Royal Palm Beach. Jhon was born in Bucaramanga Colombia to Raquel Villarreal and Marcolino Fontecha. He lived part of his youthful years in Medellin before immigrating to the United States in 1997. He leaves behind his beloved wife Janeth of 13 years, his parents Raquel and Marcolino, his siblings Margie, Sandra, and half-brother Jhon Alejandro, along with three children Angelica, Jhon Brandon & Jeniffer Fontecha that reside in New York. Jhon had a soft spot for his farm animals treating each one of them like the valuable family member they were. In particular, his passion for his Paso Fino horses Captain, Ilusion and Melodia. His charisma, vibrant smile and accommodating friendship will be greatly missed. A service by Reverend Marco De Leon will be held in his honor at 1:00 pm on March 22, 2024, at Saint Rita Catholic Church 13645 Paddock Dr., Wellington, FL 33414 location. His remembrance celebration will take place March 23, 2024, at Palms West Funeral Home, 110 Business Parkway, Royal Palm Beach, FL 33411 .
