Jessica Potter Elkins

Jessica Potter Elkins, known to her friends as Jess or Potter, 39, passed away January 25th. She was born August 11, 1980 in West Palm Beach, FL to Roger Potter and Tracey Toth. Jessica was a free spirit who loved her family, people and the game of softball. She was known to her family and friends for her smile, laugh and her beautiful soul. She is survived by her Husband, Louis Elkins Jr.; her children, Son, Louis Elkins III and Daughter, Loghan Elkins; her Parents; Father, Roger Potter, Mother, Tracey Toth, Stepmother, Tammy Potter; her siblings, Brother, Chad Potter, Sister Deanne Hogue and Sister, Jordan Potter, Step-Sister, Jennifer Harvard; aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. The family would like to extend our love and gratitude for the many prayers that have gone up on their behalf.
