Jerry Cotignola; 95, of Boynton Beach, Fl., passed away on Monday, March 30, 2015. Having been born in N.Y. N.Y., he is the son of the late Antonio and Rose (Salamone) Cotignola. He proudly served our country in the U.S. Army, and is survived by his wife, Mary (Panaccione) Cotignola, daughter, Diane Cotignola, grandsons, Mike Chaple (Patricia), Joseph Chaple, grand daughters, Jacqueline Whitney (Sean), Maryann D'Auria (George), great grandchildren, Miguel, Jaxon, Analinda, Jaden, Colleen.
