Jennie S. Latona

Age 78 of Greenacres, FL. passed away peacefully at his home on April 9th . A loving wife, she is survived by her devoted husband, Louis, of 56 years. Jennie & Louis resided in New Britain, CT., moving to Hialeah, FL. in 1956, and then to Greenacres upon her retirement from the JC Penny Co. in 1994. She was a member of the St. Matthew?s Catholic Church and a volunteer in the Women?s Club. She enjoyed cooking, arts, and crafts in her spare time. Jennie also loved to travel. Jennie was predeceased by her mother Marianna BelCastro (Mirisola), her father Gaetano Mirisola, and three of her brothers Joseph Mirisola, Dominic Marisola, and Cataldo Mirisola. A loving and caring mother, she is also survived by her daughters Connie Schaeffer (David) of Lake Worth, FL and Mary Ann Nadler (Jerry) of Charlottesville, VA. Her grandchildren Richard Cardini, Micah Nadler, Joseph Nadler, and Cary Ann Davis. Her sisters Concetta Haze of New Britain, CT., Vita Provenzano of Rome, NY. And her brother Richard Mirisola (Sylvia) of Bradenton, FL. in addition to 14 nieces & nephews. The family wishes to thank Hospice of Palm Beach County for the wonderful care that was provided to Jeannie in her last days. Visitation will be held from 10 am to 12 pm on Wednesday April 11 at Palms West Funeral Home & Crematory. A funeral mass will be at St. Matthews Catholic Church on Wednesday at 12:30 pm. An internment will be held at Vista Memorial Gardens in Miami, FL. on Thursday at 11 am. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Woman?s Club of St. Matthews Catholic Church
