Jennie Hanchett

Jennie (Cecere) Hanchett, 79, a resident of West Palm Beach, Florida passed away on Friday, April 17, 2015. Born in Manhattan, New York on April 30, 1935, she was the daughter of Joseph and Genoveffa (Grieco) Cecere. She retired from the Palm Beach County Clerk's Office in 1994 after 21 years of service. Jennie is survived by her husband, Carl F. Hanchett; daughter and son-in law, George and Carla Grosso, Jr; grandchildren, Dominick and Genevieve Grosso; siblings, Lucy Perez, Frank and Cathy Cecere, Benny and Sally Cecere, Angie Patierno and Joey and Barbara Cecere; and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters Mary Baumann, Rose Pasquale, and Josephine DiPietro, and her brother, Armando Cecere Calling hours will be held on Thursday, April 23, 2015 and Friday, April 24, 2015 from 2 pm to 4 pm and 6 pm to 8 pm at Palms West Funeral Home, 110 Business Park Way, Royal Palm Beach. The mass will be held on Saturday, April 25 at 2:00 at Our Lady Queen of the Apostles, 100 Crestwood Blvd. South, Royal Palm Beach, Florida, followed by entombment in Our Lady Queen of Peace, 10941 Southern Blvd, Royal Palm Beach, Florida.
