"In Loving Memory of our mother Jeanette M. Evans, who went to be with the Lord on April 25, 2017. Born in Utica, New York, she came to West Palm Beach, Florida to live with her daughters in February, 2016. She is the daughter of the late Victoria and Michael Kosowski. She leaves behind her loving daughters, Pamela Evans and Lori Simon, her brother Michael Kosowski of Whitesboro, New York, and her sister Eleanor Moskal of Utica, New York. She is predeceased by her brother Ted Kosowski and her sisters Ruth Pendrak and Carol Pristera. No memorial services in Florida are scheduled."
