Jean R. Tremblay of Wellington, Fl. passed away on tuesday, July 1, 2008 at the age of 62. He is survived by his wife Elizabeth, daughters Michele, Nathlie and Chantale, son Phillip, sisters Moniquie and Michele Tremblay and 7 grandchildren. A memorial service will be celebrated on Saturday, Jult 5, 2008 at 10:30 A.M. at the Palms West Funeral Home.
