Jean Dhymy Placius

Jean Dhymy Placius was born to the late Jean-Gilles Placius and Therese Altidor. Both mother and father are decreased. Jean was born in Gonaives Haiti in 1976. He received is primary and secondary education in Port-au-Prince. He was a polite man who like to smile and talk to people. Jean was loved by his family and friends. He migrated from his home land to the US in 1998. Jean made rapid progress in stablishing himself as a respected leader in the community. He founded two businesses (JPL) and LJ&Partners. He earned an associate degree from PBCC and later his PHD in the shcool of pharmacy in the Dominican Republic. He married his sweetheart Leila his childhood girlfriend in 2001. Jean Placius was a spiritual man, he loves the truth. Jean wrote to JW headquarters requesting a Bible study. He made rapid progress and got baptized in May 2004. Jean was a zealous proclamer of the good news found in the Bible. He served in various congregations as an Elder. Jean leaves to cherish his memories his Wife Leila Placius and his son Jaden Jean Placius.
