Jason E. Urbas of Loxahatchee, Florida, passed away on June 5, 2011. Born in Lorain, Ohio, he is the son of Charles and Lynne (Warner) Urbas.
Left to cherish his memory are his parents, Charles and Lynne Urbas and his sister, Patty Urbas.
A visitiation will be held at Palms West Funeral Home on Thursday, June 9, 2011 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
