Janice Molodowitz

Janice Lindsay Molodowitz, 71, passed away on September 13, 2017. She was born in Passaic, New Jersey and raised in Clifton. She moved with her husband to Plantation, Florida in 1969 where she remained until 2004. She then lived in Royal Palm Beach, Florida. She was predeceased by her husband, Joe Molodowitz in 2001. Jan is survived by her children Joe (Sandra) Molodowitz and Christine (Clark) Schneider and her three grandchildren, Joey, Josie, and Zachary. Jan was very active in her grandchildren's lives. She enjoyed watching their extracurricular activities-- Marching Band, dance recitals, bowling tournaments etc. She loved hearing about their days and "chatting" with them. She had a wonderful tight-knit community of friends and enjoyed their numerous card games as well as her years serving on the homeowners association board. Jan was very strong willed and hopeful which set such a good example for her children and grandchildren. For this, we will always be grateful. At Jan's request, a small memorial will be held on Sunday, September 17, from 4pm-5pm at Palms West Funeral Home, 110 Business Park Way, Royal Palm Beach, Florida, 33411.
