Jane Elizabeth Dufresne (Harley), age 91 formerly of East Providence Rhode Island, residing in Royal Palm Beach, Florida for the last twenty years passed away October 31, 2020. Jane worked with The Woman's Auxiliary for Little League Baseball in East Providence as a volunteer for many years. Jane also worked helping with her daughter's store after moving to Florida until the business closed. A beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt, cousin and friend. She lived a long fulfilling life. She lived for her family and her friends. If you were lucky to be called her "friend" you were then part of her family. She loved bowling, cooking/baking, talking and traveling. She had a love for Aruba and always considered it her home away from home. She never drove a day in her life but she could get you anywhere you needed to go. She was a sweet soul that had a beautiful heart. Preceded in death by her parents Ernest Harley and Ella Lake, brother David Lake and loving husband James Albert Dufresne, Sr. She is survived by son James Albert Dufresne, Jr.; Daughter Lori-Ann Mills and her husband, Roger; granddaughter Tiffany Maes and her Husband, Ryan; grandson James Pary Dufresne; great-granddaughter Isabella Fernandez and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. The wake will be private and a celebration of life will follow at a later date.
