James Matthew Kozak

James Matthew Kozak June 9, 1964 – November 5,2011 Resident of Wellington, Fl. Jim's life was tragically cut short while continuing his efforts at improving himself. Jim spent the majority of his life in Wisconsin and was the oldest of three sons to Suzanne and Donald. He was a loving and supportive brother and fiance. He recently moved to Florida to start a new life with his fiance Candice. He was a professional engineer who had multiple post graduate degrees. In addition to his fiancé and soul mate Candice, Jim is survived by his brothers Kevin and Scott and nephews Ryan and Jake. He enjoyed sports and most of all spending time with his favorite people swimming. He was a constant seeker of knowledge in many fields and enjoyed sharing that knowledge. Jim will be forever missed for his love for those close to him, his loyalty, his wit, and his sense of humor. Rest in peace Jim. Memorial service will be scheduled in WI at a later date.
