James E. Healy, 82, of West Palm Beach, Florida passed away suddenly on November 30th, 2023. Jim was born on July 14, 1941, in Flushing, New York, Jim enjoyed boating for many years on the Great South Bay in Southampton, New York, where Jim and Mary had a home for many years. He is survived by his beloved wife Mary Urbach Healy of 58 years. Jim was a loving brother-in-law, uncle, and great uncle. He served his country as a US Marine and extremely proud of the opportunity to serve his country as a member of the US Marines. Once a Marine always a Marine. After his honorable discharge, he worked as a NYS law enforcement officer. Following his retirement from law enforcement, he owned and managed Multi Markets International for many years. His interests included reading history books, boating, golf and waiting for his wife Mary. He claims to have clocked at least a million hours over the 62 years he has known Mary. Jim was known for his fun-loving nature, sense of humor, and generosity to all in need. He will be greatly missed by his wife, the Urbach family and many friends. A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 12 Noon on December 20, 2023, at Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church, 345 South Military Trail, West Palm Beach, Fl. 33415, will be interred in Holy Rood Cemetery in Westbury, New York later. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Jim's memory to either the Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church, 345 South Military Trail, West Palm Beach, Fl.33415 or to the Chabad of Royal Palm Beach, 129 Sparrows Dr., Royal Palm Beach, Fl.33411.
