JACQUELINE (Jackie) WATSON Jackie Watson, 68 years old, recently of Royal Palm Beach and formerly of Miami, FL died on November 28, 2007 at the Hospice of Palm Beach County Gerstenberg Center. Jackie was a Registered Nurse, working for many years in Miami, with her longest tenure being the Employee Health Director at South Miami Hospital, where one of her proudest moments was being recognized as Employee of the Year. While important, her career did not illuminate who she was. Jackie was most passionate about being a Mom and Grandmother and she was second to none. She is survived by her husband John Cooper, son Fred Watson and his wife Betty and grandchildren Kyle and Connor, the apples of her eye. She is also survived by her brother Joe and his wife Gerry and many other family and friends. The family would like to acknowledge the best caregivers on earth, the Gerstenberg Inpatient Unit at Hospice of Palm Beach County.
