Jacalyn Lisa Kofer (Jackie), 67 passed away in the early sunrise hours of September 24, 2019. She was born to Gerard & Margaret Guiffredo as Jacalyn Lisa Guiffredo on July 16, 1952. Jacalyn was predeceased by the love of her life, husband Keith Robert Kofer. She is survived by her daughters, Lisa M. Hillis & son-in-law Thomas of Loxahatchee, Heather M. Kofer of Loxahatchee and Cassandra M. Brixner & son-in-law Jonathan of Lake Worth. She leaves behind three wonderful grandchildren Jacob R. Dodge, son of Heather, Shannon N. Brixner & Ryken K. Brixner daughter & son of Cassandra. Jackie is also survived by her sisters and brother, Maureen Alonso (Peter), CT. Geraldine Matney (Matt), FL. Michael Guiffredo (Giselle), CA. Kathleen Behringer (David) FL. Sister-in-law Susan Kofer Trank (Ken), NY and her predeceased sister and brother-in-law Margaret Prosch (Richie). Jackie is also survived by eight nieces and ten nephews. Jackie was a most loving and devoted mother, wife and grandmother. She was a paramedic by profession; however her family was her greatest pride and achievement. She loved to read, spend time at the beach & most of all laugh. She had a huge heart that always wanted to help. In her final weeks her belief was that everything will all work out. She will be forever loved, missed and held in the hearts of many who knew her. She was a beautiful woman inside and out. A Memorial and Mass service will be held on Monday September 30th at Palms West Funeral Home located at 110 Business Park Way, Royal Palm Beach, FL. 33411. The memorial will begin at 1pm, followed by a celebration of her life at her sister Kathy's home located at 11620 Bald Cypress Lane, Lake Worth, FL 33467.
