Ivan Sukie Hill

"Surrounded by the love of his family, the breath that gave life passed from the lips of Ivan Sukie Hill, aged 76, of West Palm Beach, FL for the last time on February 24th, 2011. Born in Kingston, Jamaica on 1st February 1935 to John and Minnie Hill, he was the eighth of eleven children. At the age of 19, he left his homeland in search of new horizons, heading for London, England, where he remained for forty six years. A constant dreamer, Ivan envisioned a more fruitful life for him and his family, moving to Florida, USA in 2001. This was the last place he would call home. Ivan leaves behind his wife of 30 years, Lydia Hill and his children, Julie Safta, Selina Lee, Sarah Hill, Maggie Hill, John Hill, as well as, two grandchildren Sabrina and Adam Safta. His spirit and countless shared memories will forever live on in their hearts."
