Indrawati Binda, lovingly known as Baby, was born in Georgetown, Guyana on June 27th, 1947, to the late Jasoda and Harry Persaud. She moved from Guyana to the United States on July 9th, 1996, and has lived in Loxahatchee, Florida since August 2006. She was married at a young age to the late Ramnarine Binda, and they spent 58 loving years together. She moved to Ridge, Wakenaam where they started their family and built their lives while managing the farm. She was a homemaker and served her family and all those around her with nothing but kindness. Indrawati was a hospitable person that loved Jesus and was involved in her church. Her home was permanently open to missionaries, and she had a beautiful servant's heart. She was always encouraging to those around her and would shower us in boundless love and prayers. She exemplified great values in her family and all lineage after her. In her leisure time, Indrawati enjoyed sewing and baking. In Guyana, she was an active member of ladies' ministry at Ridge New Testament Church of God and dedicated her life to helping others. Her kindness, selflessness, and unwavering positivity inspired everyone she encountered. She will be remembered for her contagious laughter, warm hugs, and her famous salara. After being devastated by the passing of her husband, she was diagnosed with dementia, which progressed rapidly in the last few weeks of her life. In her last days, she remained aware and held on to her ability to be engaged with her family. Indrawati Binda, left this earth to be with her Father in Heaven on Sunday, June 25th, 2023, at age 75 while surrounded by her family and friends.
