Hermione Palmer, age 89 of Wellington, FL died peacefully on June 30, 2026 with her daughters and granddaughters by her bedside. Hermione was born in Kastoria, Greece and moved with her family to New York when she was a child. She was the youngest of 4 daughters. Hermione had an innate talent to generate a warmth to whomever she met with her infectious smile and loving personality. She was an accomplished cook and baker who hosted dinners and parties that left her guests astonished by how effortlessly she made everything seem. She sewed, learned finances and the stock market, and became a dental assistant. She was beautiful, fashionable and incredibly nurturing. She loved parties, dancing and had a wonderfully melodious singing voice. Fair hair with blue eyes she was the light in everyone's life.
At 61, Hermione moved to Wellington, Fl to be near her daughters and granddaughters where she doted on them and was at their doorstep with a pot of chicken soup at the first signs of a cold.
Her greatest pride and joy were her daughters and granddaughters and will always be remembered as a loving, generous, kind and helpful mother and grandmother.
Hermione is predeceased by her sisters, Dota and Kiki. She is survived by her daughters, Chrisanthy and Elaine, her grandchildren, Alexandra and Nicole, her sister, Alexandra and several nieces and nephews.
