Harmodio (Papi) Niedda, 101 years old of West Palm Beach, Florida, passed away peacefully in his home surrounded by his loving family on Monday afternoon, June 15, 2020. The family patriarch, Papi was born on November 5, 1918 in Dolega, Chiriqui, Panama, Republic of Panama. He was the beloved son of Sebastiani Niedda and Abigail Rovira, and the beloved husband to Adriana (Mami) who left this earth almost five years ago after almost 75 years of marriage. He is survived by his five children: Adriana Isabel Niedda, Harmodio (Tito) Niedda and his wife Barbara, Giovanni Niedda and his wife Elzi, Hogier Antonio (Tony) Niedda and his wife April, Jaime Abdiel Niedda and his wife Amy, and of 19 grandchildren, 37 great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren. Papi was an amazing, unique, special, man. He was the man that all men should aspire to become. He didn't have a mean bone in his body. He was kind, sweet, funny, even when he was grumpy he managed to be funny! He loved being the center of attention, and he loved having his picture taken and posing in his hats and silly shirts. He loved parties, especially parties with all of the family, and he was always one of the last to leave. He dedicated his life to Mami until she passed away at 97 years old. Mami has waited patiently for him and now they are together, dancing and laughing as if they have just met. He has his Mami back, at last, and she has her Papi back. Papi, there will never be a day that we won't think of you and that we won't miss you. You have made an impact on every life you touched, and your legacy of love will live on throughout time. We will miss you, always and forever.
