Guillermo Ciriaco passed away at the age of 93 residing in Royal Palm Beach, FL. He peacefully passed on Sunday, July 11, 2021, at his home. Before his passing his beloved wife and three adult children were by his side and prayed giving loving words and sang songs of comfort to him the previous evening in his last moments. Guillermo's memory will be cherished by Maria, his beloved wife of 52 years, their three children; daughter's Sally Tatro, Angelina Cyprich; both from Orlando Florida and son Shalako who resides in Wellington, Fl. His grandchildren include Kristian, Jovanna, Sonia, Amelia and Alexander. Additionally, his daughter Ruth Ciriaco and son's Kiko Ciriaco and James Ciriaco of Brooklyn, New York including 5 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren are all part of his ongoing legacy. He immigrated to the United States from The Dominican Republic in 1962, where he fulfilled his big dreams of coming to America for a better life. He did not speak the language at the time but relentlessly pursued learning many languages in NY., His perseverance and continued resiliency and resourcefulness helped him to succeed as a Steamfitter and welder and become part of the Local Union 638 in his beloved city in NY. In 1990, he retired and moved to Royal Palm Beach. He enjoyed going fishing with his Son, Charlie and traveling with his daughters and Gardening. His backyard is full of Mango, Avocado and exotic fruit trees which he planted. He shared the fruits of his labor every year with his family and neighbors to enjoy. He also helped his wife Maria, build a successful Salon, "Maria's Touch of Class "which they ran for over 25 years with passion together. His love of music and his beautiful voice was legendary. His art of storytelling and his stories of colorful memories would surprise all of us. From playing the harmonica to watching cowboy movies, he was a truly special and a unique individual. The one common thing that friends and family say is how much he loved to help people. The stories are endless. He was always willing to lend a helping hand and enjoyed helping others. His smile, laughter, voice and love will never be forgotten. Rest in peace Guillo.
