Greg Scot Stormes

Gregory "Greg" Scot Stormes of Wellington, Florida passed away suddenly in the arms of his wife on May 3, 2016 in his home at the age of 51. He was born in Scotland where his father was stationed in the US Navy. Greg graduated from High Point Regional High School in 1983 in Sussex, New Jersey and moved to Wellington, Florida in 1990 where he remained. He worked in the computer parts industry for over 20 years. Most recently he and his wife were entrepreneurs. Greg was active in volleyball, softball and bowling. He loved listening to music, going to the beach and spending time with family and friends, but above all he was a dedicated, fun-loving father and husband. Greg was predeceased by his sister, Kristen Stormes and father, Lester Stormes. He is survived by his beloved wife, Tina; mother, Lynn Stormes; brother, Darren Stormes and wife, Helen; children Christopher Stormes and wife, Michelle; Danielle Stormes, Brittany Stormes, Alex Holzbach, Brooke Russell and husband, Josh; Casey Holzbach; granddaughter, Sequoia Stormes; several nieces and a nephew. The family will receive friends at 11:00am followed by a service at 12:00 noon at Palms West Funeral Home in Royal Palm Beach on Monday, May 9, 2016. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to the American Heart Association.
