George F Eaton-Powers

George Eaton-Powers, 80, of West Palm Beach, FL passed away peacefully on September 27, 2023, surrounded by loved ones. He was born on May 6, 1943, in New Haven, CT. George was a dedicated Iron Worker, having spent over 30 years with the Iron Workers Local Union 424. His expertise and commitment to his profession were unparalleled. George enjoyed golfing, fishing and he was an avid gun enthusiast. He was a proud member of the Guilford Sportsmen's Association, Guilford, CT. These hobbies brought him joy and relaxation throughout his life. George will be deeply missed by his loved ones. He is survived by his wife, Vilma Powers, his step-daughters Mary Burgos (Anthony), Paula Plunkett (Tim), and Joanna Antonucci (Joe), his daughter Terri Eaton, his son George Eaton, his sisters Gladys Eaton, Deborah Eaton and Larayne Dorsi, as well as his grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his daughter Lisa Riordan, his sister Joann Powers his mother Deborah Hemingway-Powers, his fathers George W. Eaton Jr. and Joseph Powers. At this time, no memorial service is scheduled. However, those who wish to honor George's memory may consider making contributions to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. May George Eaton-Powers rest in peace, and may his loved ones find comfort in the memories they shared.
