Gavin left us on Thursday January 1, 2015 after a courageous fight with CDH. Gavin was a remarkable boy with the gift of inspiring anyone he who met him. He was our hero and will be missed everyday. We hope that anyone who wants to celebrates his life can join us on Saturday. Thank you all for your support and prayers, Gavin is listening to them all.
