Gary M Costella

Gary M. Costella; (also known as Uncle Gary) passed away on Thursday, June 16, 2011 at the age of 61 after a brave two year fight with leukemia. Born in Manchester, Connecticut on December 6, 1949, he was raised in St. Albans, Vermont. Gary leaves behind a sister Joyce Turner (Tommy Turner) of Royal Palm Beach, Florida; one brother Paul Costella (Hope Costella) of Vermont. Gary is the father of five children, Tammy Costella Underwood (Peter Underwood), Vicki Costella-West (Peter), Scott Costella ,Brian Costella and Kyle Costella (fiancé Kayla Cooper) all of Vermont, friend and companion Evelyn Zakarite of North Palm Beach, Florida, - eight grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Gary was predeceased in life by his mother Helene Barrette-Costella of Vermont and Lucas W. Costella of Florida. Gary worked many jobs in Vermont and was a volunteer Paramedic. Gary was an avid hunter and outdoors man. Gary could do any job and fix anything ! ! Gary moved to Florida in the early 80's and started working at Signal Security Systems, he was a security guard at Quail Ridge then started his own pool business in Palm Beach Gardens. Gary had quite the reputation for doing things the Right Way-which was Gary's way.Gary has made a lot of friends over the years and has certainly been one to many.
