Gary James Carmack

Gary James Carmack; of Loxahatchee, Fl. passed away on Sunday, November 25, at the age of 24. Having been born in Johnstown, PA, he is the son of Gary W. and Tammy J. (Davis) Carmack. He is survived by his parents, Gary W. and Tammy J. Carmack, sisters, Celia and Chelsea Carmack, grandparents, Jim and Gerri Davis, aunt and uncle, Cathy and Bryan Alwine, cousins, Cheyenne and Sierra Alwine. Funeral service will be held in Jamestown PA.
