Freeman Leon Fox, 82, of Royal Palm Beach, FL, passed away on Tuesday, June 7, 2011. Born in Riviera Beach, FL, he was the son of Alfred G. and Erma (Moree) Fox. After high school he spent the next 21 years in the U.S Air Force and retired as a jet engine mechanic and crew chief for S.A.C. After retirement from the U.S Air Force, he spent 21 years as an iron worker for Local 402 in Riviera Beach. His hobbies included fishing, football and auto racing. Freeman was pre-deceased by the love of his life, his devoted wife Mildred D. Fox; siblings, Bernie Fox, Randolph Fox and Violet Manning. His memory will be cherished by his two sons, Donald Fox and Ray Fox; numerous nieces and nephews along with a host of friends. A memorial gathering will be held 9:30 AM – 10:30 AM on Wednesday, June 15, 2011 at Palms West Funeral Home with a memorial service and U.S. Air Force Honors beginning at 10:30 AM.
