Francisco Domingo Garcia

Francisco Domingo Garcia, also known as Frank or Abu, age 72, resided in Royal Palm Beach, Florida, and was born in Marti, Matanzas, Cuba. Son of Oscar Ruben Garcia and Francisca Larraburo Garcia; survived by his wife of 39 years, Barbara C. Garcia; his oldest son Javier O. Garcia (Breeanna) and loving granddaughter, Annabelle Grace, his son Francisco G. Garcia (Bethany), and his daughter Cinthia C. Pachter (Nicholas); his sister Martha R. Gonzalez (Dr. Felix Gonzalez); and his many nieces and nephews, brothers and sister-in-laws, who loved him very much. Frank was a loving, faithful, hardworking husband, and father. His focus was always ensuring his children received a good education and were prepared for life's journeys. Frank was raised in a little town in Cuba and lived on his family's farm. His responsibilities as a young child were to take care of the farm animals, including his pet rooster, Panfilo. At the age of 25, Frank migrated to Spain and then to the United States. He worked full time at night and studied architecture during the day. Frank met the love of his life, Barbara, at a Cuban dance in West Palm Beach after being introduced by her cousins who knew Frank. One year later, Frank moved from Hialeah, Florida, and married Barbara at St. Juliana Catholic Church. Frank worked in retail and later worked for the Florida Crystals Corporation, where he retired from in 2017 after 25 years of employment. During retirement he enjoyed his favorite things such as gardening and working on home improvements. Most of all, he loved being with his Princess...his granddaughter, Annabelle Grace, who always put a big smile on his face. During his last days on Earth, he enjoyed preparing and helping for his daughter's wedding, where he was able to walk her down the aisle and watch her first dance.
