Francis L Toups Jr

Francis L. "Frank" Toups, 60 years old, went home to his Lord and savior Friday evening, July 5th, 2019, at Wellington Regional Hospital in West Palm Beach Florida. He was born October 11th, 1958 to Francis Larry Toups and Bobbie "Toups" Voris. He was a 1976 graduate of Pascagoula High School and Northeast Louisiana State University in 1980. He married Evelyn DeLaRosa Toups September 3rd 1988 in Fort Lauderdale Florida. Francis enjoyed a long successful career in the roofing tile industry in management across Florida. At the time of his passing he was Regional Sales Manager for all of North Florida for Boral Roofing. Frank was a follower of Jesus Christ and devoted husband and father. He was passionate about sports and was an avid LSU football fan and followed football college and NFL. Frank is survived by his wife Evelyn of 31 years, his children, Summer "Toups" Garcia and her husband John Garcia, Francis "Frankie" Toups and Sierra Toups. His Father Francis "Larry" Toups of Pascagoula Mississippi and his mother Bobbie "Toups" Voris of Fort Myers Florida. His sister Nita "Toups" Shepherd and her husband Tim Shepherd of Pascagoula Mississippi and Kimberly Ann "Toups" Mosley and her husband Robert Mosley of Lexington Kentucky. Three grandchildren, Jackson Pierce Garcia, Sofia Neil Garcia and Siggi Lynn Garcia. He was preceded in death by his Grandparents Lolles and Nita Toups of Biloxi Mississippi and James and Esther Huggins of Hattiesburg Mississippi.
