Frances Pope

"In these troubled days, God has requested his best Angels ". Fran Ritti Pope passed away on October 1st after a valiant four-year struggle with lung cancer. A 1967 graduate of Pompano Beach High School, Mrs. Pope was a long-time Lake Worth resident along with her husband of 34 years, Aaron Pope. Known simply as ?Fran?, her passions were reading, travel and antiques, but above all, love for family and her many friends. She and Aaron maintained a summer home in Shirley, MA where her circle of friendship was also extended, cementing life-long relationships there as well as here in Florida. Fran is survived by her husband Aaron; their son Shay, of Miami Beach; and her brother and his wife, Frank and Cathy Ritti, and their children Angie and Brad of Orlando. Services will be held on Saturday, October 11, at Palms West Funeral Home, 110 Business Pkwy, Royal Palm Beach, FL. Viewing is from 1:00 p.m. ? 2:30 p.m. and the memorial service starts at 2:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to the Palm Beach Cancer Institute Foundation, 1411 N.
