Florence Manley Rice

Florence Manley Williams Rice, age 82, of West Palm Beach, Florida, passed away peacefully on November 23, 2010. Florence was a member of the Ladies Oriental Shine Zem Zem Court No. 85; Eastern Star, Lake Worth Chapter 111; and, Daughters of the Nile. She was predeceased by her first husband, Edward P. Williams; her second husband, James H. Rice; and, her son, Charles L. Williams. She is survived by her children, Edward A. Williams, Floretta W. Westphal and Carol Gilliland; 4 grandchildren, Dawn Westphal; Kimberly Westphal, Crystal Gilliland and Austin Gilliland and 3 great grandchildren, and her friend, Pat Fuchs and numerous other loving family members and friends. Visitation for family and friends will be held on Monday, November 29, 2010 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Palms West Funeral Home in Royal Palm Beach. A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, November 30, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at Victory Baptist Church, 4601 Forest Hill Boulevard, West Palm Beach, Florida with interment to follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park.
