Flora S. May

Flora Italia (Salvucci) May, passed away May 31, 2022 at the age of 91 in Wellington, Florida following a battle with Lewy Body dementia. She was preceded in death by her loving husband Teddy, five siblings and her grandson, Martin Klaiss, III. Flora is survived by her sister, Lillian Masino (Jack), seven children; Laura (Mike), Thecia, Mark (Gina), Dianne (Marty), Michael, Jon (Denise), and Tara (Robert), eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Flora was born September 18, 1930 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, the youngest child of an Italian immigrant family. She was married to her husband, Teddy Oliver May of Tishomingo, Oklahoma for more than 50 years. Flora's exuberant hospitality earned her the title "The Hostess with the Mostest" from family and friends. A funeral service will be held for Flora at Palms West Funeral Home in Royal Palm Beach, Florida on Wednesday, June 8, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. A memorial services will also be held at St. Gabriel's Catholic Church in Midlothian, Virginia at a date to be determined.
