Felicia Yaccarino

. Felicia Yaccarino a native of Staten Island, New York died Thursday, November 9, 2017 at her home in Palm Beach, Florida after a brief illness. She was 95. Felicia Yaccarino (nee De Santis) was born in Port Richmond on Staten Island and went to Port Richmond High School. In 1942 Felicia (Phyllis) married Mr. Jerry Yaccarino. Mr. Yaccarino passed away in 2008. They were married for 66 years. Felicia retired from Varsity Bus Co. after 25 years of service as a matron for handicapped children. Mrs. Yaccarino is survived by her daughter, Sualdine Yaccarino Johnson, son, Daniel Yaccarino, four grandchildren: Michelle Babcock, Danielle Defazi, Phillip Yaccarino, and Eric Yaccarino, eight great-grandchildren: Alexandria, Larry, Brandon, Andrew, Nicholas, Emma, Domenic, and Giovanni. Viewing will be Tuesday, November 14, 2017 2PM – 4PM and 6PM – 8PM. The funeral will be Wednesday at Palms West Funeral Home in Royal Palm Beach, Florida followed by burial at South Florida Veteran Affair National Cemetery in Lake Worth, Florida on November 15, 2017 at 12:30.
