EVELYN EMILY (Fenrich) HASKINS Evelyn Haskins, 95 of Boynton Beach and Lake Worth, FL, passed away Sunday, September 20, 2009 in her daughter?s home, under the care of Hospice of Palm Beach County. Evelyn was born July 24, 1914 with her twin brother, Harold Edwin Fenrich, in New York NY, to Walter and Emily Fenrich. Evelyn graduated from John Adams High School, New York City, then attended and graduated from Catherine Gibbs Secretarial School in New York City. Evelyn was devotedly married to Harry Francis Haskins on May 28, 1938 until his death in May 1984. After her husband?s Navy military service and graduation from Pennsylvania State College, they started farming. They later purchased and kept to this date, a farm in Home, PA in 1956. Harry, her husband then later became employed by the FHA, and was eventually transferred to Florida in 1968. Evelyn worked as a secretary and title clerk both in Pennsylvania and Florida until her retirement. Harry and Evelyn were able to enjoy extensive traveling together before her husband?s death. Evelyn was a long standing member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Lake Worth, FL and now a member of St Therese de Lisieux Parish in Wellington, FL. Evelyn is survived by her four children, Alan (Audrey) of Kansas City, MO, Terry of Ft Lauderdale, FL, Richard (Lisa) of Singer Island, FL and Susan DeClercq (Robert) of Lake Worth, FL. As well as grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Viewing will be held at Palms West Funeral Home, 110 Business Park Way, Royal Palm Beach, FL 33411, (561) 753-6004 on Friday, September 25 from 5 PM - 8 PM. A Funeral Mass will be held at St Therese de Lisieux Catholic Church, 11800 Lake Worth Road, Wellington, FL 33449, on Saturday, September 26 at 10:30 AM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to: Hospice of Palm Beach County, 5300 East Avenue, West Palm Beach, FL 33407 or to St Therese de Lisieux building fund, Fr Brian Lehnert, pastor, 11800 Lake Worth Road, Wellington, FL 33449
