Eugenia H. Davis

Eugenia (Jean) H. Davis 75, of Loxahatchee, Fl., passed away at home on October 18th, 2014. She was preceded in death by her parents Emory S. Heyward and Eugenia L. Heyward of Macon, Ga, her sister Marian Yeager Mullins and her loving husband Daniel E. Davis, Jr. She graduated from Miller High School in Macon, Georgia. Jean worked in the field of commercial insurance in Palm Beach County for 30 years. Jean was an avid reader and had a passion for gardening and cooking. She also loved fishing and boating with her family. Eugenia is survived by her brother Dr. Emory S. Heyward Jr., her daughter Laurie Davis, her stepsons Charles E. Davis, Daniel J. Davis, and eighteen nieces and nephews. A gathering for friends and family will be held at Palms West Funeral Home on Saturday, October 25, 2014 at 2 P.M., followed by a memorial service at 3:00 P.M. Interment will take place at Royal Palm Memorial Gardens at a date and time to be announced.
