Eugene Jacheo

Eugene Jacheo, 67, of Lake Worth, FL., passed away on Wednesday, July 1, 2009. Born in Newark, NJ, he was the son of Carmen and Nancy (Lavinia) Jacheo. Before meeting his loving wife Judy, Gene worked for Jersey Central Railroad as a conductor for 20 years. After retiring from the railroad, he and his family moved to West Palm Beach, where he worked on aircraft line service for 3 private aviation companies for another 20 years. In Gene?s spare time he enjoyed spending time at the beach and being with his children and grandchildren. Gene?s memory will be cherished by his wife of 31 years Judy (Davis) Jacheo; children, Gene (Carole) Jacheo, Dawn Marie (Jack) Bargione; step daughter, Theresa Najdzin; grandchildren, Danielle Jacheo, Ashley Jacheo, Jeana Jacheo, Dina Jacheo and Michael Damanski. A visitation was held on Thursday, July 2, 2009. A second visitation will be held at Palms West Funeral Home, 11 ? 12 PM on Friday, July 3, 2009. A Mass of the Resurrection will follow visitation at St. Luke Catholic Church beginning at 1 PM. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Eugene?s name to Hospice of Palm Beach County, 5300 East Avenue, West Palm Beach, FL 33407.
