Enricius (Rickey) Evereteze (85) -Born September, 22, 1922, in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada and resided in Cambridge, Massachusetts; Washington, DC; Royal Palm Beach, and later in West Palm Beach, Florida. He passed away on August 31,2008, at Hospice of Palm Beach County. Rickey retired from the Department of Health, Education, and Welfare in Washington, D.C. He served in the Army of the United States and received an honorable discharge from the 435th Aviation Squadron on December 14, 1945. He is survived by his loving and caring wife Blossom, his children, several grandchildren, great grandchildren, many loving in-laws, and dear friends. Rickey will be greatly missed. Rickey was a faithful and longtime member of St. Christopher's Episcopal Church in West Palm Beach. Services will be held at 11 :00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 9, 2008, at St. Christopher's Episcopal Church, 1063 Haverhill Road, N., West Palm Beach. Internment will be at the South Florida National Veterans' Cemetery, 6501 S. State Road 7, Lake Worth. Repast will take place in the Church Hall. Contributions in Rickey's name may be made to the Alzheimer's Association of West Palm Beach, Florida and Hospice of Palm Beach County.
