Emmanuel "Manny" Michael Katsoulakis, 53, of Lake Worth, Florida, passed away unexpectedly on May 7, 2025. Born on December 13, 1971, in Valley Stream, New York, Manny lived a life defined by service, loyalty, and love for his family and community. Manny is survived by his beloved wife, Tracy Katsoulakis, and his cherished daughters: Ashley, Kaitlynn, and Paige. He also leaves behind his devoted siblings: Paula, Andrew, Anthony, and Gina. He was preceded in death by his parents, George Katsoulakis and Linda Rottman Katsoulakis. A first responder at heart, Manny served as a volunteer firefighter for over 15 years. He began with Engine Company 4 of the Elmont Fire Department in New York from 1990 to 2000 and later continued his service with Hook and Ladder Company 1 of the Belmont Fire Department from 2000 to 2006. In 2009, Manny graduated from the Indian River State College Police Academy and pursued a career in private security, continuing his commitment to protecting others. Manny was a lifelong fan of the New York Jets and New York Islanders, known for his passionate support through every season. He will be remembered for his generous spirit, his devotion to his family, and his unwavering dedication to public service. A viewing will be held on Saturday, May 17, 2025, at 1:00 p.m., with a memorial service to follow at 3:00 p.m. at Palms West Funeral Home, 110 Business Park Way, Royal Palm Beach, Florida 33411.
