She was born on December 2, 1941, in Havana, Cuba, to Francisco and Marina Dieguez. Elisa is survived by her devoted husband, Manuel Rodriguez, with whom she shared over 60 years of adoration and cherished memories. She leaves behind a legacy of love and warmth in her three children: Lisa Kaplan, Ana Timiraos, and Anthony Rodriguez. Her spirit continues to live on in her grandchildren: Amanda Alkurdi, Danielle Bohrer, Bryce Bohrer, Thalia Kaplan, Alex Kaplan, Vanessa Bartoszewicz, and Katherine Timiraos. Elisa was also blessed with the joy of a great-grandchild, Leyla Alkurdi. Elisa was a pillar of strength and grace, deeply devoted to her family. Her kindness, generosity, and vibrant spirit touched the lives of all who knew her. Although she will be greatly missed, we know that she is at peace in Heaven, surrounded by her beloved family and friends of the past.
