Eleanor Wheelden

Eleanor was the daughter of Roland A. Williamson and Hazel (Simpson) Williamson of Bangor, Maine. She was a graduate of Bangor High School, Class of 1946. She married Louis P. Wheelden of Bangor and together they owned and operated the Garland Street Nite Store. The family moved to Florida in 1962. Eleanor worked for BellSouth until her retirement. After retiring she and her husband spent their summers in Maine. Preceding her in death are her husband, Louis; her grandson, Robbie Satterthwaite; and her son-in-law, Dennis Koehler. She is survived by her sister, Sandra Dunton; her two daughters Bonnie (Dustin) Stacy, and Gay Koehler; her grandchildren, Kenny Hutchenson and Brittany Koehler, and Christopher Stacy and Courtney (Jason) Heim; her great-grandchildren, Kevin Patten, Clayton Hutchenson, and Canon, Kenley, and Emeryson Heim; nieces, Diane Collard and her 2 sons, and Karen Santos and her 3 sons; two special cousins, Ruth Diana and Louise Henley. A private graveside service will be conducted at Our Lady Queen of Peace Cemetery.
