Eileen Margaret Smith, 65, of Delray Beach Florida Passed: November 21, 2020 Survived by: Husband of 45 years Charles Smith Children: Regina (Ryan), David (Tiina), Michele (Ben) Grandchildren: Carter, Lily, Brycen, Dylan, Chloe, Maddux and Sienna Eileen was always the life of the party. She loved dancing the night away, especially at weddings surrounded by her large family. Her passions included cooking, home decorating, archery, cruises, shopping, spoiling her grandchildren and playing the stock market. She was well known for her many signature dishes: meatballs, mashed potatoes, sausage and peppers and more, all of which were usually prepared with her favorite wooden spoon. Eileen was a wonderful wife, mother, and friend. She was easy to talk to, a great listener and treated everyone like family. She will be dearly missed and in our hearts forever.
