Edward Andrew Sladyk

Edward Andrew Sladyk, 90, of Lake Worth, Florida, passed away on Wednesday, March 18, 2009. Born in Glastonbury, Connecticut, he was the Son of William & Marion (Juba) Sladyk. Edward is survived by his wife Mary Sladyk, daughter's, Brenda Price & Diane Grindle, son's, Ken & Donald Sladyk, sister's, Frances Satin & Helen Besi, eleven grandchildren & three great grandchildren. A visitation will be held on Saturday, March 21, 2009, starting at 4:00pm with a service at 5:00pm, all at Palms West Funeral Home.
