Edward L. Brickle

Edward Leon Brickle 79 Born in Lenox, GA January 13, 1935 Loving Husband, Father, Grandfather and Great-Grandfather passed away peacefully on May 22 surrounded by loved ones. He was admired by all who knew him for his gentle-being, extraordinary talent in woodworking and his love of gardening. Many searched out his knowledge and expertise which he so graciously shared. Ed was predeceased by his parents Harry and Anna Mae Brickle, his brothers Roy and Bobby and sister Maxine. He leaves behind his loving wife of 54 years Ann (Herbert). Five adoring children, Jim, Sherry, Darren, Michael and Christopher and their loving spouses, Kelly, John Fracalossi, Pamela, and Kristina;18 Grandchildren and 4 Great-Grandchildren ( 5th on the way); his sisters Trudy B Haley, Willa Inman and Mena Talley, brothers-in-law Dr. John Inman, Buddy Talley, Dan Gibson, and John Herbert, sisters-in-law Pat Herbert, Wilma Brickle and Juanita Brickle and numerous nieces and nephews. All will cherish his memory for the rest of their lives. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society in Leon's honor. Memorial Gathering will be in Tifton GA, 420 Love Ave. Saturday, June 7th at 11 am with a grave side service to follow.
