Edgardo Jesus Roman May 16, 1957 - October 2, 2022 Edgardo Jesus Roman, peacefully passed away on Sunday, October 2, 2022, at the age of 65 in Royal Palm Beach, Florida. He was born in Brooklyn, New York on May 16, 1957. Edgardo is survived by his wife, Carmen Luz Sanchez Roman, of 35 years. He was preceded in death by his father, Pablo A. Roman (Delia) , his brother Paul Roman (Kris) and his nephew Alex Roman. He was known to all as Edgar, Dad, Pops and Papa to his loving family. Edgardo is also survived by his mother, Delia Roman, sons Felipe Quinonez (Cristina) and Jordan Roman (Jennifer) as well as 5 loving grandchildren, his sister Magda Berrios (Michael), his brother Angel Roman (Elizabeth) and his sister Carmen Taylor (Graham) and the many nieces and nephews. Edgardo was raised in Brooklyn, eventually moving to Ohio and resided there for 11 years before relocating in 2000 to South Florida and settling in Wellington and Royal Palm Beach for the past 22 years. Edgardo had a love for tinkering with things as a young boy and eventually became an Electrician. He persevered and became an Electrical Superintendent where he developed residential towers, hotels, entertainment complexes, baseball stadiums and medical facilities. There were no personal projects he could not master with precision and excellence. But mostly, he had a passion for music and dancing from the time he could walk! He was a very proud son, husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend. No words can describe how much he will be missed, but he will surely remain in our hearts and thoughts forever. A celebration of his life will be held at Palms West Funeral Home and Crematory located at 110 Business Park Way in Royal Palm Beach, Florida on Sunday, October 16, 2022. Visitation will be from 2:00-4:00pm and 6:00-8:00pm. Mass will be celebrated at 10:00am on Monday, October 17, 2022 at Our Lady Queen of the Apostles at 100 Crestwood Blvd. S in Royal Palm Beach, Florida. Cremation scheduled for following week.
